Supervision

  • The primary purpose of supervision is to ensure the safety and quality of care and treatment for service users. Supervision also supports professional development, developing and embedding new skills and ensuring adherence to good practice both in clinical and professional areas.
  • I offer supervision to qualified therapists, counsellors or Clinical Psychologists and to students in training. My specialist area of supervision is with those working with asylum seekers, refugees or survivors of torture and organised violence.
  • My experience of supervision has included the supervision of psychotherapists, clinical psychologists, trainee clinical psychologists and counsellors.
